The Summer Challenge is about finding balance — energising your mornings, staying active and connecting to a daily yoga practice.

  • Stay vibrant and centred during the summer.

Every day at 7:30am from 10th August, I will be on the mat to guide you through a 21 minute yoga practice. I will continue for 21 days till the end of August.

These sessions will be led with a live streamed practice on weekdays, and at weekends a recorded Saturday flow and an opportunity to gently rest with a Yoga Nidra on Sunday.
