Living Your Yoga is able to offer you a library of nearly 60 pre-recorded classes that have been created throughout the year. You have the option of purchasing a single pre-recorded class (see below) or booking on to our term classes for Mixed Ability, Well-Woman and Ashtanga classes.

Single Yoga Classes

Desk Yoga

A Short Practice is a simple, warming and breath co-ordinated sequence, designed for both beginners and those with experience. This practice is an 'all-rounder’, comprising of standing & seated postures, back bends & forward folds, twists & balances, along with a short Surya Namaskar to warm the whole body. This practice was devised for those that would like a daily practice, but may not have time to devote to a daily 90 minute class

Yoga, A Short Practice

Short Spring Yoga Practice 

The Spring practice is around 30 minutes and was filmed in my garden at the beginning of lockdown 2020. I designed this practice, to ground, build strength and warm the body, as well as calm the mind and encourage focus to rest upon the breath and body awareness. It includes the Ashtanga Yoga sun salutation sequence (Surya Namaskar A & B), along with standing postures and balances with breath co-ordinated movement. This practice is aimed at those that wish to reconnect with a short daily yoga practice (for mixed ability levels).

Short Summer Yoga Practice 

The Summer practice is just over 30 minutes and was filmed during the Summer of lockdown 2020. It’s an uplifting practice with fluid movements co-ordinated with breath, aimed to release, restore and revitalise. The practice includes a traditional Surya Namaskar along with a creative flow of posture and breathing practices. 

This practice is aimed at those who wish to reconnect with a short daily yoga practice( for beginners and those with experience).

Hire a term of pre-recorded classes - Summer Sessions

Should anyone like to hire a term of pre-recorded classes from the Living Your Yoga library (recorded in June-July 2020), they are available to hire for 7 weeks from the date of purchase and will be sent out by email once payment has been made.

During lockdown, I practised yoga almost daily but as soon as some sense of ‘normality’ resumed I found that prioritising yoga somewhat difficult, so Lucy’s short yoga class has really helped me get back into some form of daily yoga practice.  It is a lovely sequence of movements that stretch, twist and ground and all nicely fitted into a short 30 minutes so it can fit around daily life.  Lucy also provides clear demonstrations and instructions in her usual uplifting and encouraging manner.  I would not hesitate to recommend it to either those wanting to embrace a daily practice or just as a tool to ground yourself during a ‘challenging’ day.
